What to do if the received product does not meet the description or does not contain a complete set, etc.?
Fill out the feedback form with the application of the product photo with its defect. For example: "The bag of beads is in the wrong color" or "The kit does not have a needle for embroidery."
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and also to prevent such cases from happening again.
